If a personalized item arrives damaged we will replace it.
All items on this site can be personalized. Any graphic or digital photograph can be put on anything you see. There is a small fee for customization on some items. Just send an email request and we will get back to you within 48 hours. You will receive a digital proof for your approval.
In stock items will be ready within 7 days. Out of stock items will be ready in 4 - 6 weeks, although we anticipate a shorter time frame.
Local pick up of items or we can deliver within 25 miles of Buffalo, NY.
Mail Delivery fees are not on some items due to the size and weight of the item. If you request Mail Delivery on these items it will be determined according to size, weight, and location per the USPS.
